Product disclaimer

RUSH Australia supplies adult novelty products to customers aged 18+ only. Products are sold as labelled by the manufacturer and are not represented as medicines, therapeutic goods, food, beverages, or products for human consumption.

Shipping policy

RUSH Australia ships to Australia and New Zealand only. A flat $10 AUD express freight charge is applied to eligible orders at checkout. Orders outside Australia and New Zealand are not accepted.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, incorrect address details, public holidays, stock availability, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payments

The website checkout captures cart, customer, shipping, and payment preference details only. It does not request, collect, store, or transmit payment card numbers, expiry dates, or CVV/CVC codes.

Customers can choose PayID / bank transfer, pay-over-phone request, or phone payment request. Hosted card checkout authorizes the card through the payment provider first; RUSH Australia manually reviews the order before capturing payment.

Do not email card details to RUSH Australia. Card details must be entered only on the hosted payment provider page or, for approved phone payments, directly into the approved virtual terminal during the call.

Returns and order issues

Due to the nature of sealed adult novelty goods, opened, used, damaged-after-delivery, or tampered products may not be eligible for return. Contact support@rushaustralia.com promptly if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Nothing in these generic terms is intended to limit any non-excludable consumer guarantees or rights that may apply under relevant consumer laws.

Privacy notice

RUSH Australia may collect order contact details, delivery details, cart details, payment preference, hosted-checkout references, PayID/bank-transfer reference information, order communications, email metadata, device/browser information, and IP address information for order processing, fraud prevention, security, support, compliance, and record-keeping.

Where an optional serverless order handler is enabled, the handler can include the request IP address and user agent in the internal order notification sent to support@rushaustralia.com. Static hosting providers may also keep ordinary access logs.

RUSH Australia should keep collected information secure, restrict access to authorised staff and service providers, and retain information only as long as reasonably required for business, legal, tax, safety, and support purposes.

Generic terms of sale

• By placing an order request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your shipping address is in Australia or New Zealand.
• All prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, pack sizes, freight charges, product availability, and product imagery may change without notice.
• An order request is not accepted until payment is authorized or received, manually reviewed, and confirmed by RUSH Australia.
• RUSH Australia may decline, cancel, or refund any order at its discretion, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, restricted delivery addresses, or regulatory concerns.
